B M Group was established in Kolkata in 1973 by Mr. S. R. Mundhra. The company owned by the Mundhra Group is active in a wide range of industries and markets across a diverse range of geographical areas.

The group has expanded its horizons into a foray of fields ranging from manufacturing Chrome Chemicals to Leather Merchandise, from PVC Sheets to Food & Bakery Chemicals, and from Paper Distribution of paper to Software exports.

The three manufacturing facilities dedicated to chromium chemicals and its head office is situated in Kolkata, a metropolis and thecapital city of India's biggest state, West Bengal. The Leather division is also in Kolkata, and the Food & Bakery Unit along with Paper Distribution is in New Delhi the capital of India and the PVC sheets unit is in Indore in the biggest Industrial area of Asia.
